Ginger Wine Lime and Mint Soda is a cool and spicy refreshing summer drink. Summers in Bombay always call for food and drink that can cool you down. Dahi Vada at Elco’s or a cooling Sugarcane juice at a stall or coconut water are what usually come to mind. But what do you do when you’re at home and don’t want to step out into the overbearing heat? Why not try Abby’s ginger wine lime and mint spritzer.

This refreshing drink is very easy to make and takes no time at all. All you need is some home-made ginger wine and a cold soda, a few drops of lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves. If you have some other wine at home and you can try different combinations too, like red wine and cola or some type of fruity sangria.
