Ginger Wine Lime and Mint Soda is a cool and spicy refreshing summer drink. Summers in Bombay always call for food and drink that can cool you down. Dahi Vada at Elco’s or a cooling Sugarcane juice at a stall or coconut water are what usually come to mind. But what do you do when you’re at home and don’t want to step out into the overbearing heat? Why not try Abby’s ginger wine lime and mint spritzer.
This refreshing drink is very easy to make and takes no time at all. All you need is some home-made ginger wine and a cold soda, a few drops of lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves. If you have some other wine at home and you can try different combinations too, like red wine and cola or some type of fruity sangria.
What Ingredients Do You Need For Ginger Wine Lime & Mint Soda?
All you need is homemade ginger wine, soda, lemon or lime, and a few fresh mint leaves. Ice is optional.
How To Make Ginger Wine Mint & Lemon Soda
This lemon mint ginger wine spritzer is very easy to make. Just add one chawni (that’s the East Indian version of a 45 ml shot glass) ginger wine to a wide glass and top it off with some cool soda. Add a few drops of lemon juice and some freshly crushed mint leaves and your refreshing spicy cooling drink is ready! Add ice if you like it extra cool!

Ingredients
- 45 millilitres Ginger Wine
- 200 millilitres Soda
- 5 drops Lemon
- 5 Mint leaves Fresh
- Ice cubes Optional
Instructions
- Add 45 ml of ginger wine in a tall or wide glass.
- Top it with soda and a few drops of lemon juice and freshly crushed mint leaves.
- Serve cold!
