Questions About Dark Choc Coconut Bites

How Long Can You Store Dark Choc Coconut Bites?

You can store these chocolate bites in an air-tight container for up to 2 months at room temperature.

What Is Mamra?

Mamra is puffed rice made by parboiling and then flattening plain white rice. It is also called murmura, kurmura, kurmuri, or muri in India.

Do You Use Dark Chocolate Or Dark Compound to make these Munchies?

It depends on what we’ve got in the house at the time. We have used both at different times. Dark compound is a product of cocoa that contains vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter. It is less expensive than real dark chocolate but tastes just as yum. If you’re going for a cheap snack, use dark compound, if you’re looking for more quality and taste, use dark chocolate couverture.
