As desserts go, this is one of the easiest and tastiest to enjoy. Mom simply slices the semi-sweet pears, and then she mixes the pear with chickpea flour (what we call besan ka atta or gram flour) and spices, and fries them. No sugar! And they’re absolutely delicious. We love eating them warm just as they are. But if you prefer a richer dessert, you can pair the pears with some vanilla ice cream. Lush!
