Mutton chops are the tastiest addition to any meal – we use the ribs to make these. Simply add a green masala aka chutney to them and they’re even more delicious. I love mom’s green mutton chops recipe!
Some people make these green mutton ribs by using three coatings for the batter – first the chutney, then the eggs, and then the bread crumbs. We prefer to mix the egg with the chutney to get a more even coating, both texture and color wise. It’s also tastier this way. Here’s the mutton or lamb green chops recipe. Pics coming soon.
